J Freeley Selected for Transformative National Procure Partnership Framework

J Freeley Selected for Transformative National Procure Partnership Framework

After a highly competitive selection process, J Freeley Ltd has appointed to the National Procure Partnership Framework, which runs until 2024.

J Freeley is one of 87 successful contractors appointed to the framework, which is set to be the biggest framework ever awarded across the UK. The procure agreement covers 5 value bands across 9 sub-regional lots with values from £50k up to £50m. 65% of contractors within the lots up to £15m are small to medium enterprises.

Procure Partnership has been delivering a successful contractor framework across England for the past four years, supporting the delivery of over 150 projects annually. Under this new iteration, contracts will be awarded across the UK, covering four disciplines: Construction, Decarbonisation and Retrofit, Infrastructure and our area of expertise, Demolition and Site Preparation.

The framework is built to be flexible, giving public sector clients in areas such as healthcare, local authority and education single and two-stage procurement options and different forms of call off contract.

Michael Freeley, Director at J Freeley Ltd, comments: “This appointment is a testament to our continued commitment to excellence and builds on our dedicated team’s success as a specialist contractor across other framework partnerships. We look forward to working as a trusted partner with our public sector clients on the Demolition and Site Preparation projects under this framework.”

Faye Dolan, Head of National Frameworks, adds: “We’re delighted to welcome J Freeley to our second iteration of the Procure Partnership Framework. Their knowledge and expertise will be an invaluable asset to the framework, and we look forward to working with them over the next four years.”

The new framework starts on the 1st November 2023, and runs through until 31st October, 2027.
